Returns & Refunds policy

Our products are digital downloads. Once purchased and delivered, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, in accordance with Indian e-commerce law.

• No Physical Shipment: Since our eBooks are digital, you will not receive any physical product.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if:

  • You were charged but did not receive the download link within 24 hours.

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

• Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.

• Support: If you have an issue, email us at care@digizlide.in within 48 hours of purchase.

Digital products like eBooks are non-refundable once delivered. Delivery is automated via email and should arrive within a few minutes. In the rare case you don’t receive your eBook, please contact support (care@digizlide.in) within 48 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
